Our field executives carry the whole check in their phone. They check in by GPS at the door, photograph the main door, the building and the nearest landmark with the in-app camera, note who they met and how long the candidate has lived there, and take the occupant's signature on screen. Every photo carries the case number, the date and time and the coordinates, so the evidence can be trusted.
