Verification services are paid per check or as a package. Our software products are prepaid plans. Everything below is in INR before GST, and nothing renews by itself.
We do the checking and send you the report. Pay per check — no subscription, no minimum. Order online and we start as soon as the payment clears.

A case is one address or site you ask an executive to verify, counted in the month you create it. Reopening a case for re-verification does not count again. Executives are counted when active. Deactivate a person who leaves and their seat is free again.
Going over your included cases never stops your work. Extra cases are simply added to the next invoice at the rate shown. Yearly plans cost ten months. All prices are before 18% GST.

No. Plans are prepaid. We email you 7 days and 1 day before a plan ends. Renew early and the days are added on, not lost. If you don't renew, your account returns to the free limits.
Yes, any time. When you switch, the unused days of your current plan become extra days on the new one.
The API tells you the limit is reached (and the checkout widget quietly lets orders through). Move to a bigger plan, or talk to us about volumes.
Prices are shown before GST. 18% is added at checkout, and your invoice shows CGST + SGST or IGST depending on your state. Add your GSTIN to claim input tax credit.
You pay for the check, not for a particular result. A clean report is a result. See the refund policy for when an order can be cancelled.
Tell us your company name and we set up your workspace with your logo, your admin login and 2 executives for 14 days. Your admin creates executives and cases, and the app shows your name and logo after sign-in. If you carry on, we move you to a plan with no data loss.
The limit on executives is firm. Upgrade to the next plan, or deactivate people who no longer work for you. Cases are different: going over the included number never blocks work, it only adds extra-case charges.
